Refund policy

Returns are subject to a $40 restocking fee, as well as shipping fees. Any return request must be emailed to jeff@saddlescanada.ca, accompanied by pictures of the goods. Returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be reported to Saddles Canada immediately. For returns not related to damage or loss during shipping, product must be returned within 21 days of shipment and be in original condition. Saddles Canada only accepts returns on products purchased through Saddles Canada. Some exceptions may apply.
