Returns are subject to shipping fees. Saddle returns are subject to a $40 restocking fee as well as shipping fees. Any return request must be emailed to jeff@saddlescanada.ca, accompainied by pictures of the goods. Returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be reported to Saddles Canada immediately. For returns not related to damage or loss during shipping, product must be returned within 21 days of shipment and be in original condition. Saddles Canada only accepts returns on products purchased through Saddles Canada. Some exceptions may apply.

Currently, we do not offer trial periods for shipped saddles, but we do have a 21 day return policy. Saddle returns are subject to a $40 restocking fee and shipping fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our return policy for more info.
