How do you ship?

We ship through the cheapest courier for your region including Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

This can vary. We try our best to get your order out the next business day, but we are a small family business and orders occasionally get backed up. Canada Post guaranteed delivery dates vary as well. Generally speaking Western Canada orders take 2-8 business days. Eastern Canada takes approximately 4-10 business days.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary. The easiest way to find out is adding the products you are interested in into your shopping cart and following the checkout experience until shipping methods and costs are displayed. 

 

Will I get tracking information?

Yes. We email tracking info when your order is ready for shipment. 

 

Why didn't I get tracking information?

Either your order isn't ready for shipment or your email address was entered incorrectly. If it's been over 48 hours since the order was placed, feel free to email jeff@saddlescanada.ca for an update.

 

My shipment is late. Where is it? 

Once an order is given to the courier, we only have access to the same information as you do. The best course of action is contacting the courier's customer service and providing your tracking information.
